Default Diffrence between Boning and H221 _ MGC 100 +

Team ,

Have a doubt , whats the diffrence between BONDing and H221 in Polycom MGC 100+.When we keep aggregation as H221 then why we have to no of channel on 2 compulsory. Why it doesnt works at 4 and 6.
